Sea Lamprey
The sea lamprey is the largest of the European lampreys, eel-like fish that lack gill covers and have a sucker disk instead of a jawed mouth.
Sea lampreys are most often found dead or dying after returning from the sea and spawning.
Distribution: Kola Peninsula and southern Iceland, south and west (including British Isles) to southern Spain, and east to Italy.

Sucker disc with one tooth-plate having 7-9 pointed cups, lots of small teeth and large teeth in front of the mouth.
